The Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday afternoon by the score of 4-3.  The Dodgers just coudn’t get over the hump and score a couple of runs once they fell behind in the 6th inning.  Hopefully they will come out on top of these one run games in the future.

Hiroki Kuroda pitced 5.2 innings and gave up nine hits and two earned runs to pick up the loss.  Kuroda’s record now stands at 1-1 on the season.

James Loney connected on a homerun in the 6th inning for the main highlight of the game for the Dodgers.  Juan Pierre and Andre Ethier had one RBI each as well.
