Report: Drinking problem led to Proctor’s decline (The SportsXchange)

Relief pitcher Scott Proctor, who is in camp with the San Francisco Giants after spending last season in Korea, said his decline in the majors had more to do with a drinking problem than arm problems, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
